Terry Wilkie smash repairs is locally owned and operated family business, we understand how important it is for your car to be at its best, we are seeking a dedicated **Workshop Supervisor**.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Reports directly to Manager
- Ensure staff follow producer & processes.
- Leadership to all technicians and apprentices
- Ensure efficient collaboration and communication between relevant departments.
- Monitor quality standards, drive productivity and efficiency in all areas of panel shop.
- Ensure estimated completion times are adhered to.
- Quality Inspection of vehicles before presenting to customers
- Authorisation of vehicle release at completion of repair
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Workplace OHS
- Eye for detail.

**Key Competencies**
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills re negotiation, delegation, conflict management
- Excellent time management skills and stress tolerance
- Ability to manage workflow processes and meet deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quoting/planning software considered favourable.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Valid Open Driver's License
- Experience of in the Automotive Smash Repair Industry
- Qualification in Panel Beating / Spray Painting / Insurance Assessing - favourable.
- Fulltime Hours - Immediate Start - Wages Negotiable

**Salary**: $66,314.23 - $125,317.50 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
