**You will**:

- Be responsible for resource allocation decisions across a mix of locations
- Provide advice to stakeholders across Nous on the resources and teams available to pursue client opportunities
- Partner with senior leaders to discuss resourcing opportunities and challenges
- Use systems and reports to manage and allocate resources to ensure employees are well utilised
- Work closely with our Onboarding team to allocate best suited projects to all new employees
- Draw data together from multiple sources to inform sound decisions
- Support and implement business initiatives to improve service delivery.
