**About the Role**

As a café Attendant, your main duties involve running a café onsite, including basic food preparation. You will also:

- Maintain cleanliness in the café according to food safety, infection control, and hospital standards.
- Provide high standards of quality and service to customers and patients.
- Provide to the Hotel Services Manager
- Collaborate closely with a positive and respected team.
- 2 days per week 14 hours and as needed.

**About You**

To thrive in this role, you will need sharp attention to detail and the ability to work well in both team and independent settings, especially in fast-paced environments. Your knack for prioritizing tasks and strong time management skills be key.

You should also have:

- Previous experience in a café or restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Proven experience in stock rotation
- Skills in balancing takings and banking
- Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety regulations
- Experience using a coffee machine.
- Possession of a food handlers certificate or willingness to obtain one

**Remuneration**

On offer is an hourly rate from **_$30.67_** + Superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
