Vendor Replenishment Planner

**Your Impact**
As the Vendor Replenishment Planner for Asahi Lifestyle Beverages, you will be acting as a true brand ambassador and ensuring that our customer service levels are met.
You will be the key interface between our customer and Asahi Lifestyle Beverages (non-alcohol), whilst managing inventory level throughout the supply chain.
**Note** - This role is a 10-month fixed term contract.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the replenishment function for Coles, including placing orders & monitoring automated orders generated by the system
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure constant adequate supply to achieve our inventory targets
- Review promotional & baseline demand forecasts
- Conducting root cause analysis in relation to out of stock items / delivery variances
- Managing inbound and outbound DIFOT KPI’s
- Key conduit externally and internal between commercial sales, supply chain and customer and managing these relationships
- Strategic event planning
**About You**
- Prior customer service/sales experience with a strong affinity for building relationships
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning principles
- Well-honed problem-solving abilities, coupled with an innate curiosity to dig deeper into data
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent MS skills
- JDE or SAP experience would be highly regarded
