**Position**: Full-Time Pond Maintenance Crew.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm.
**Salary**: Starting wage $30 per hour for 3 months, then $35 per hour upon acceptance. Wages are reviewed quarterly.

As Full-Time Pond Maintenance crew you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for the upkeep and repair of ecosystem ponds. From routine inspections to equipment installations, your role will be vital in maintaining the functionality and aesthetic appeal of our ponds.

**Pond Maintenance & Job responsibilities**:

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks on our ecosystem ponds & equipment.
- Service and maintain pond pumps, filters, and other equipment, as well as installations.
- Clean and maintain pond equipment, filters, and pumps.
- Perform landscaping tasks around the ponds to enhance their aesthetic appeal.
- Travel to job sites in our work vehicle, which may require driving up to an hour.
- Cleaning of ponds by removing debris from the surface and bottom.
- Full cleans involve use of medium to heavy duty pumps, water supplies, pressure washers, plus more equipment and manual labour.
- Understanding of the Aquascape beneficial bacteria and treatments to promote a healthy pond ecosystem.
- Prune and trim aquatic plants to prevent overgrowth.
- Implement algae control measures to keep water clear and pristine.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide recommendations for pond maintenance and improvement.
- Use our booking software to manage bookings.

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in pond maintenance.
- Previous experience in a similar field and proven experience in working outdoors is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Valid manual driver's license.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
- Australian citizenship is a must.
