**The role**:
As the **Agribusiness Manager - Leongatha**, you will be responsible for pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated corporate solutions, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management.

The portfolio has a diverse makeup of medium to large Family and Corporate Agricultural and Post-Farm Gate clients that will provide a unique opportunity to manage complex enterprises and professional relationships. The portfolio has experienced high levels off growth over several years and the opportunities to continue to assist existing a new clients grow their business through unique and innovative lending solutions while leveraging off strong relationships and local markets is a major attribute of the portfolio.

Using your business development and relationship management skills, you will provide financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers.

You will ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, utilising your strong commercial acumen, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Directly manage a complex portfolio of key clients and influencers
- Implement and monitor strategic business plans
- Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses
- Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets
- Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
- Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service
