Bosch Australia’s Chassis Systems Control team is responsible for the development of hardware and software systems that improve vehicle safety and agility for our mostly automotive customers. Our customer base is global having engineered projects and solutions for Europe, North/South America, China, Japan, Malaysia, Korea and Australia. Alongside our eBikes team is introducing more and more people around the world to eBiking. With electric power assistance, cycling is more relaxing - enabling you to travel longer distances, more flexibly, all while protecting the environment. **Job Description**:
Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Administration Trainee to work across our eBike & Chassis Systems Control departments for 12 months commencing 2023 whilst completing a business certificate.

You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of the Bosch team that will put you on the right path for your future Administration or Personal/Executive Assistant career. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:

- Supporting Marketing and promotional activities, incl. event planning and material creation.
- Supporting existing Office Co-ordinator and Executive Assistant with administration including booking of travel, accommodation, verification of expenses and Health/Wellbeing activities.
- Assisting in purchasing activities, incl. creating purchase orders.
- Supporting the co-ordination and facilitation of onsite and external events.
- Supporting management team and associates with other departmental requirements.

**Qualifications**:
You will have strong attention to detail, understand the need to prioritise tasks, work well with others, be flexible, have a friendly demeanor and “can-do” attitude.

To be considered for our Traineeship, you are required to meet the following criteria:

- Be currently enrolled or willining to enroll in a Certificate 3 or 4 in Business or a related discipline with an accredited training provider.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be inquisitive and collaborate to find solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with the MS Office suite.
