**Job Name**:TLM M&S Scheduler

**Job Summary**:The TLM M&S Scheduler is the TLM M&S and DFP SME who ensures the availability of M&S required to maintain business line equipment in working order and to improve reliability while keeping cost and inventory optimized. They will interface with other functions at the Division level as well as with the internal TLM organizations (EM, Basin, GUs) for all M&S related matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide TLM inputs for M&S Quarterly S&OP review with supply chain
- Provide advices from TLM perspective in M&S related strategy and decision making
- M&S Related Business Process Improvement Initiatives within TLM Organization
- Support workshop work-pack creation, issue picklists to stores and workorder closure for maintenance activities
- Proactively schedule for third party requisitions to align with the workshop activity plan
- Plan and confirm priorities with the Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator and Workshop Planner
- Identify stock fulfillment requirements & balance field material transfers vs new purchases based on the gross stock forecast
- Place, monitor and remove demand for M&S requirements in the plant
- Contribute to the Health, Safety and Environment, continuous improvement and LEAN programs
- Assist with work shop meetings and alignment of schedule to project requirements as required
- Additional responsibilities as identified by the OSS TLM Manager to support workshop planning as business needs dictate

Requirements:

- Reside in Perth (no relocation support)
- Have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore
- No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in materials management & scheduling environment preferably in an Oil & Gas related industry
- Diploma or similar level qualification in a related field is desirable
- Strong knowledge of related modules in SAP & demand planning tools
- Have the initiative and ability to work by themselves and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions working from verbal instructions, working independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to comply with the facility’s production, quality and safety standards
- Must possess a high degree of initiative, with the ability to be promptly and regularly at work
