**The role in a nutshell**

Have fun while being paid to play, assisting a team of experienced Educators in providing an exciting program based on the interest of the children and your own skills and passions

The children in our care are school-aged, energetic and curious. You will supervise and participate in diverse activities during after school care and school holiday programs, which include excursions to local attractions

Training and support are essential to ensure your success and will be delivered on the job and through a structured induction.

This exciting opportunity covers both before and after school care hours (7:00 am - 9:00 am and 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm) Monday to Friday and Holiday Program Hours 7:00am - 6:00pm.

These roles are open to those experienced in working with children, and those starting a new career.

**Who are we seeking?**

Play is vital to children's well-being and sense of belonging and forms the basis of who they become in the future. Our ideal team member strongly reflects these qualities and, also has:

- Valid rights to work in Australia
- A current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) or willing to obtain
- The ability to pass a National Police Check
- Diploma/ Bachelor within Education/ Youth/Allied Health/Sport and Recreation or Music studies or working towards **a must**:

- Available Monday to Friday & Split Sifts
- A passion to work with school-aged children and participate in fun and engaging 'learn through play activities.
- Experience working with children (coaching, babysitting) is great, but not a requirement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $34.85 per hour
