**THE ROLE.**
We are looking for a Brisbane-based team member to join our growing Communications and Stakeholder Engagement (C&SE) business, which forms part of the TSA Advisory business.

Reporting to the QLD Communications and Stakeholder Engagement lead, the role’s primary purpose will be to support the C&SE team and collaborate across our TSA Projects and TSA Advisory businesses.

Duties will include:

- Developing and implementing communication and engagement plans
- Written content for documents such as Business Cases and other types of similarly complex reports and project documentation
- Writing communications materials such as community updates, newsletters, fact sheets, letters, presentations and other collateral
- Supporting community and stakeholder engagement activities (e.g. stakeholder mapping, event management, minutes, surveys, briefings, door-knocking etc)
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and the community as part of project delivery
- Issues and risks identification and management
- Delivering outcomes in environments that are high-profile, complex and often characterised by political, social, environmental or community risks where reputation management is critical
- Contributing towards business development, bids and proposals.

**ABOUT YOU.**
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, community relations, or any related field.
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and written capability, with a particular focus on being able to develop information that is easy for diverse audiences to understand
- A demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and engage with people at all levels of business, government and in the community
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good teamwork skills, willingness to pitch in, work well under pressure and be self-motivated
- Experience working within Government or in project delivery for Government would be highly regarded.
- An understanding of dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain flexibility and adapt to changing project needs
