Hardware Technician

This role suits somebody who is enrolled in or has completed their TAFE studies or higher in IT or electronics and is looking to gain entry level experience in the industry. All training is provided.
As a hardware technician on our team, you will have a number of responsibilities which which include but are not limited to:
- Customer support
- Modifying and repairing electronic circuits with microprocessors
- On-site general maintenance on patient entertainment systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in telecommunication equipment
- Troubleshooting MATV networks
- Diagnostics and repair of televisions and associated equipment
- On-site patient entertainment system installation
On occasion the job may require work in regional Australia for system installation and maintenance. This might include: General maintenance, hanging televisions, cabling, installing nurse-call handsets and then returning to Sydney after the project has been completed.
- Work on a step-ladder
- Pass a police background check
- Have a drivers licence
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Work safely in healthcare environments
- Interact professionally with patients and hospital staff
- Work in team environment

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
