**Department**:
The Department of Treasury and Finance is the lead agency for economic, social and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role in providing financial services to the community and economic and fiscal policy advice to the Government of South Australia.

Human Resources provides advice and consultancy services on HR management and development, industrial employee relations matters including HR policy and process, job design and recruitment, leave, restructure process, flexible working, performance management and more. Human Resources also provides case management services for unplaced/excess employees, and a range of compliance related reporting activities.

**Role responsibility**:
The Team Leader, HR Support is accountable to the Principal HR Account Manager, Human Resources for the delivery of Human Resources support services to the Agency, including services associated with recruitment, payroll and related compliance activities, administration and records management, and HR systems. The role will manage a small team of support offices, and work closely with Human Resources, and the broader People and Performance team.

The role will also be responsible for the provision of advisory and consultancy services to senior management, staff and designated Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) Branches on generalist human resource management, human resource development and employee relations matters.

The Team Leader, HR Support will undertake a range of HR related project and procedural review activities which will assist Human Resources to meet its business outcomes and objectives.

**Remuneration**
ASO5 - $83,273 - $92,614 p.a.
