The role

Reporting to the Group CEO, with 6 direct reports and a team of 40-60 within the experience division, the CXO (you) is positioned at the front end of product and experience transformational change.

With a human-centred experience design focus, your role is to transform the member/customer experience by exploiting emerging trends in technology and the digitisation of products and processes.

You will be a highly driven CXO who has the soft skills to take your peers and your teams on a complex transformational journey.

Key accountabilities:

- Providing leadership in the establishment and implementation of the member strategy, shaping a commercial edge through a strongly collaborative operating model and a member-centric approach.
- Building and leading strong teams to deliver strategic goals to optimise the voice for the member across the entire value chain.
- Driving business performance by ensuring the sound financial performance of the business with revenue generation, margin and profit realised in accordance with the approved strategy, business plan and budget.
