**The role**:
We're looking for Personal Lending Bankers who are motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn. We need someone who has a real interest in the banking industry and can communicate effectively with customers. This is a great opportunity to be part of our Personal Lending Team which is well recognised for their expertise, service and advice.

**What will my day look like?**
- Helping new and existing NAB customers who call to enquire about our consumer lending products with an aim to understand their needs and offering the best solution to help them.We are open Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 7:15 pm) and weekends (9:00 am - 6:00 pm) and your shifts will rotate across these hours.

This role allows for hybrid working, with a mix of on site and remote working across the week. However, we would require you to be on site for training as we think this works best in person.

**What you will bring**:

- Be driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their financial goals
- Be able to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
- Motivated to work in a goal driven team environment
