Join us as a Workshop Co-Ordinator for the Motion Service Business, driving service achievements through effective planning and allocating of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines. Reporting to the Field Service Manager this position will be based in Moorebank, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating the end to end process for Drives repair/inspections
- Liaising with the workshop team to monitor the progress of repair/inspections and update customers, as required
- Acting with sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility
- Utilizing available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets (e.g., OTD, response time, ordered service offerings, update of installed based data)
- Ensuring that materials, parts and components to feed service delivery are provided optimizing cost, stock, and timing
- Ensuring the completion, processing and maintenance of all required documentation
- Working with Field Service Manager to ensure competence levels of each Service Engineer (including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle jobs assigned to them

**Your background**:

- Experience in a parts or service role, ideally within the Electrification & Automation industry
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce & Microsoft Office
- Current Forklift License will be highly regarded.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Strong attention to detail
