Our **Front of House team **represents the Reece brand as a key point of contact for our guests. You are the voice and face of our Retail Consultants when you greet and welcome people to the Bathroom Life Centre, and when you answer the phone. Performing a number of administrative duties, the most important aspect of the role is to be professional and courteous in how you help, guide and inform our guests. To help you do this we need you to understand our business, our team, and our clients.

You are highly motivated, with a genuine passion and drive for quality, service and being organised. This means you’re a thinker, and are ahead of the game in knowing, and anticipating what’s happening in the Bathroom Life Centre Day to day - who to expect, and for our regulars, you know who they are, and how we look after them. You are consistent and professional, always looking to do a little bit more that can make a difference and create a great experience.

Naturally, inquisitive you make it your business to learn about the Reece Group, and our clients' businesses. Customers for life means everything to us, and you need to create a great impression. So, we need you to be resourceful and know your stuff. You need to be well presented, as you live and breathe what you do, and are committed to getting the job done, whatever it takes.

**Hours**
**Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 5pm, and Saturday 9am - 4pm**

**Your day might look something like this **
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Answer phones and distribute messages to the team.
- Maintain a tidy and clean reception area.
- Accept and sign for deliveries, arrange couriers and distribute mail.
- Maintain kitchen and office supplies
- Prepare and maintain files.
- Coordination and organisation of in-house events.
- Provide functional support for our teams as required.
- Provide customers feedback on their orders
- Offering refreshments
- Introducing clients to our Retail Consultants

**What you’ll need**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers
- Good listening and communication skills
- Loves being part of a team, and contributes to their success
- **‘have a go’ **and take accountability
- Common sense decision-making
- Contribute to a positive working environment
- Work to deadlines through good discipline, planning and time-management skills
- The use the reception call management equipment
- Basic to intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TRS, Internet
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Prioritise workloads
- Positive, polite demeanour
