**The role**
This senior level position will see you working across a broad range of projects where you will lead a team of structural engineers and drafters to produce design and documentation to the highest possible standard. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Being an active part of the leadership team, contributing to management conversations and strategic growth of the consultancy.
- Working across a varied, hands-on role with a leadership angle across design management and construction phase services.
- To mentor, train and develop the careers of Junior Engineers, while sharing in the management of the local team with direct reports.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multi-disciplinary engineering setting.
- Enjoying exposure to business development opportunities and development of your own personal brand.
