Still at school or University? Interested in part-time after school/evening, holiday or weekend work that is flexible and rewarding?

Joining the Warrigal team as an ACE (Assistant Care Employee) you will be helping our more experienced Carers in the Care home. Getting to know our residents, you will learn a variety of tasks such as assisting with meals, stocking supplies and engaging in social activities with our residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to an introduction to a career in the Health care industry, which can lead to traineeships and other health career pathways.

**About you**:

- Do you have a kind nature and positive attitude towards older people?
- Are you enthusiastic and eager to learn?
- Want to develop skills like teamwork, communication, task management and problem solving?

**To be successful you will need to**:

- Be 16 years and over
- Be at school or university studying
- Pass an NDIS Worker screening check
- Be fully vaccinated (COVID-19)
- Be available to work a minimum 8 hours per week (2 x 4 hour shifts)

**The key dates are**:
**Interviews**: Interviews will be held from **Monday** **5 June 2023**.

**Start date**: you **must be available** to start the program on **Monday 3 July 2023.**

**Hourly rate**: $23.96
