**The Client**:
Our client for this position is a major Australian education institution, they are currently looking for an Iteration Manager to join the organisation on an initial 6 month contract with the view to extend. As the Iteration Manager your role would be to ensure the different teams work together and collaborate to deliver in an agile and iterative manner whilst maintaining a culture of sharing, transparency and continuous improvement
**The Role**:
The client is embarking on a journey to build a fully integrated student load, revenue, resourcing and reporting solution that will enable consolidated planning and modelling of commencing and returning load/headcount, and full transparency of the associated revenue and resourcing implications. This will underpin a genuinely cross-functional process in which multiple groups across the institution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordination of all component deliverables of the project to ensure agreed outputs and outcomes are achieved.
- To manage and engage stakeholders to ensure requirements, constraints and expectations relating to the project are captured, documented, agreed and met.
**Required Skills & Specialisms**:
- Background within Agile Coaching/Business Analyst positions required
- Agile Qualification preferred
- 5+ years Iteration Manager experience required
- Tertiary qualification in business or an IT related area preferred
- Educational industry knowledge desirable
