Perth Region Field Services is seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated and motivated individual, who enjoys working in a varied and fast-paced environment.

As the **Occupational Heal and Safety Officer **you’ll** **provide a wide range of administrative, clerical, and general support functions to the OSH team to enable the provision of efficient and effective services including the handling of confidential information.

You are a team player who demonstrates the values and behaviours that contribute to a high-performance culture and are able to positively participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

You will liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders, in addition to the development and dissemination of various reports. Other relevant tasks include but are not limited to:

- Coordinate and organises team’s workflow by coordinating team movements, event planning, meetings, and communication
- Support the coordination of OSH Programs
- Coordinate and act as the primary point of contact for the Random Drug and Alcohol Testing program at both Balcatta and Canning Vale depots
- Support the coordination of the Emergency Planning Committee Meetings, Warden Training and Evacuation Drills for the Canning Vale and Mandurah Depots
- Minute taking and coordinating OSH content for Monthly Committee Meetings, Toolbox Meetings, Team Meetings
- Organise, record, and conduct Site and Gym Inductions

**Key skills and experience**
- Experience working in operational support roles in a service industry
- Experience providing a broad range of administration, business, and customer service support in a fast-paced role for a multi-disciplinary business environment
- Current C class Driver’s Licence
- Demonstrated advanced computing skills and the use of programs and Microsoft Office Suite
