Three established and thriving venues in Australind, Busselton and Bunbury - Benesse is excited to continue to grow and serve our delicious unique coffee to the South West.

We are recruiting for casual BARISTA positions for our Australind, Bunbury and Busselton cafe. We are excited to welcome passionate and experienced hospitality workers into the Benesse family.

**About the Role**

Benesse is recognised for its great quality coffee, fast and friendly service and a place that locals love to visit.

We are looking for experienced, confident and passionate Baristas who are comfortable working under pressure in a fast manner, able to problem solve and use initiative.
- 12 months of experience in a similar style café with high coffee volume (50kgs+ per week)
- Ability to demonstrate high level of barista knowledge, including calibrating grinders, dosing/extraction and machine maintenance
- Perfected skills in milk texturing (latte art is preferred but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills that assist you in forming relationships with your customers
- Ability to stay calm and thrive during busy periods while maintaining consistency in coffee standards
- Able to work well in a team
- All-round café experience
- Flexible availability including at least one weekend day
