About the role

We’re seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to manage and enhance our Knowledge Management system to support the Customer team by documenting work instructions, review feedback, update processes and document changes.

You’ll join a team that will support leading enhancements to our Knowledge Management ecosystem.

As our Knowledge Management Specialist, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging and exciting work.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Work with key stakeholders to gather and understand requirements from Customer teams- Maintain up-to-date awareness of best practice in knowledge management technologies and practises- Continually review the structure of content ensuring users’ needs are being met- Research and create engaging content to promote usage whilst optimising usability and accessibility- Review and amend all work instructions impacted by new processes to ensure accuracy is maintained- Develop monthly & weekly reporting capturing key business objectives- Provide support to peers within the Knowledge Management team

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Minimum 2 years knowledge management experience in a contact centre environment- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Strong PC skills including experience in knowledge management systems, Visio, Jira, Miro, and MS Office- Strong analytical skills and experience in working with complex systems in a service delivery environment- Well-developed documentation skills, particularly in process-mapping and business cases to support improvement solutions- Exceptional communication, consultation, influencing and interpersonal skills
