Part Time role with Yarra Ranges CCT until October 2023 with ongoing employment within the mental health program with equivalent classification.

About the role

An opportunity exists with the Yarra Ranges Continuing Care Team for a passionate and enthusiastic qualified Mental Health Clinician with a sound clinical knowledge and community mental health experience. You will provide recovery based case management and have the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. The position is initially based within the Yarra Ranges continuing care team until January 2024. At that time the successful person will be transferred within the mental health program at the same grade level.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Degree in OT, SW, Nursing, or clinical psychology

Mental Health Experience

Well-developed interpersonal skills

Ability to work as part of a diverse team

Demonstrated leadership skills

Strong commitment to high quality recovery based case management

Selection Criteria

**Essential**: Do you have a post-graduate qualification relevant to mental health nursing or completion of specialist undergraduate mental health nursing program.
