**Now Hiring |** One of the most respected Men’s fashion brands - founded in Australia is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join the team at their Brisbane City David Jones. Considered a pioneer in men’s designer fashion - their teams are genuine, and knowledgeable, and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building.

**Role description**

Reporting to the State Business Manager, you will lead the way with your team - you believe that Managers have the most impact on the shop floor, and you understand how to create a VIP standard of service that keeps your customers returning. You will work to achieve your KPI’s as a store and individual, taking ownership of results, building the client base, and managing all operations.

**About you**

You have a sense of confidence and style - your ability to lead your team to success will be key here. You set clear expectations and are passionate about your own growth as well as your teams.
- Previous management experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
