**The Role**:
As a Delivery Planner & Dispatch Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our distribution operations, responsible for planning and coordinating daily deliveries across multiple trucks. Your expertise will ensure that our products reach our customers efficiently and safely, maintaining the high standard of service we are known for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes across Sydney and NSW, optimising for efficiency and reliability.
- Manage schedules for multiple delivery trucks, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of furniture items.
- Confirm dispatch of products and oversee the correct allocation of returns to designated areas within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, dispatches, and returns, ensuring all logistics activities are well-documented.
- Utilise logistics software to streamline delivery planning and dispatch processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivery planning and dispatch coordination, preferably within a furniture or similar goods environment.
- Strong knowledge of Sydney and NSW geographical areas, with the ability to plan efficient delivery routes.
- Experience managing schedules for multiple delivery vehicles.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse staff and drivers.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Google Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
