**About your new role**

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the core overview of this position is to deliver in-depth analysis, support the business strategy and become the trusted advisor to the business.

The tasks assigned to this position include:

- Provide strong finance support and business partnering to the Divisional General Manager and State Managers
- Business planning including budgeting & forecasting, reviewing key business performance with key stakeholders, ad hoc analysis as required, financial planning, reporting.
- Provide meaningful analysis and insights to the business to support the growth and strategy plan
- Partner with the line managers, providing value added insights and analysis for decision support to support their individual objectives
- Drive process improvement initiatives, with a focus on driving standardization in finance and administration processes and controls across the organization;

**About you?**
- Experience having performed a similar Commercial or FP&A role working for another fast-paced large company (listed or multinational)
- You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;
- Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;
- Enjoy working as part of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment dealing with multiple stakeholders.
