**About the Role**
As first point of contact for all customers, our team members will:

- Support our Optometrists with pre-testing
- Offer our customers frame styling advice
- Dispense glasses with various lens options
- Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey
- This role can be Part Time or Casual (min 3 shifts per week, including one weekend day) with the option to flex up
- Convenient location within Balgowlah Shopping Centre with plenty of bus transport routes at our doorstep and discounted secure staff parking

**Skills and Experience**
- _Enthusiasm:_ Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye care
- _Communication Skills_: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- _Teamwork_: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- _Practical Abilities_: Previous retail/customer service experience is required. Optical experience will be highly desired, however **full optics training will be provided**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
