**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules using industry-leading project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional project teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and operations, to gather necessary data and insights.
- Identifying potential risks and opportunities that may impact project timelines and deliverables and working with project managers to develop effective risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitoring project progress and analysing critical paths, bottlenecks, and resource allocation to maintain project efficiency.
- Facilitating regular project meetings and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining project schedules in real-time to reflect changes and updates during project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in a project-driven environment, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Prior experience in the renewable energy or utility scale construction is a must.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent tools is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
