**About the Role**: Your primary mission is to engage with our valued members and guests, ensuring they have a fantastic time while gaming responsibly. Your role will be pivotal in providing assistance to those who may need support in maintaining a healthy gaming experience.

**Working Hours**: This is a full-time position, offering a dynamic work schedule that includes a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. We understand that the gaming industry never sleeps, and we need someone ready to embrace the diverse hours associated with hospitality. The role is 4 days per week, on a rotation that guarantees a weekend off every 3 weeks

**Compensation: Full-time 38 hours**
- $27.83 per hour Monday to Friday
- $41.75 per hour Saturdays and $48.70 per hour Sundays
- $69.58 per hour on Public holidays
- Four weeks' annual leave + 17.5% annual leave loading.
- 11% Superannuation Guarantee.
