**About the opportunity**

We continue to grow at Detmold Group, and we’re pleased to offer the newly created position of Change Manager as part of an exciting ERP implementation project across locations in Australia and Asia. This position is offered on a 2-year contract.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of change management and communications strategies for the ERP implementation.

This is a stand-alone role and will require a hands-on approach.

Your exceptional relationship management skills will see you confidently collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation ensuring a smooth transition to the new system and maximum user adoption. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving organisational efficiency, process improvements and maximising the benefits from ERP system enhancements.

Key to your success will be your ability to engage with and influence stakeholders to secure buy-in to the project.

**In terms of specific responsibilities, you will**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the successful implementation of the ERP solution across the organisation.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct impact and business readiness assessments to identify key stakeholders and develop tailored change management plans.
- Define and implement communication channels, training programs, and other change management activities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding concerns, and addressing their needs.
- Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts and track user adoption of the ERP.

**About you**

What you’ll need:

- Proven experience in managing change in a complex, diverse, and challenging business environment.
- Experience with a large-scale technology or ERP implementation project, including international rollouts.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, business units and geographical locations.
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to engage with a culturally diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing change and communications strategies, including developing engaging content across various channels.
- Change management qualifications.
