**Role Summary**:
The role of the Receptionist is to be an efficient, friendly and informative first point of contact for clients and guests who visit or phone the office. The role has a real customer service focus towards both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that enquiries are appropriately managed. The role also provides broad administrative support to the various business units that operate from out of the Belmont office.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Welcoming and settling visitors to the office.
- Operating a phone switchboard and directing calls appropriately.
- Managing the mail and courier requirements for the office.
- Maintaining organisational cleanliness and hygiene standards.

**Skills, Attributes and Experience**:
**Key selection criteria includes**:

- Well presented with a corporate outlook
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist is highly desirable.
- A police clearance within 12 months, or willingness to obtain one
