Asm Administrator

Alemba Service Manager (ASM) Administrator We are seeking a talented and experienced Alemba Service Manager administrator to join our team and help us with ongoing administrative tasks with Alemba ASM 10.4.24. As an ASM administrator, you will be responsible for building form workflows, testing form workflows and productionising form flows, functionalities and perform general ASM administrative tasks.

Duties
- Manually re-build the workflows identified for Alemba Service Manager instance
- Manually re-build the workflows identified for migration from the vFire Service Manager instance to the Alemba Service Manager instance
- Restructure of the Task Details screens as workflows are being migrated
- Setup the Delegation functionality for Users to define their own delegates for notifications and user approvals
- Configure the search options for search fields in Core & the Portal
- Simplify the Self-Service Portal, allowing for easier navigation by Users
- Generate a Service Request Catalog for Users to search of services to request
- Assess identified business requirements with intent to build and migrate forms.
- Identify and liaise with key stakeholders
- Create a process documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ASM.
