**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop, including scheduling and allocating work to technicians.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Monitor the progress of each job, ensuring that it is completed on time and within budget.
- Liaise with service advisors to keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including job cards and invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in computerized management systems.
