**About the role**

With a significant number of maintenance projects in progress and scheduled, a Sub-contractor Coordinator will pro-actively manage the teams’ activities and provide ongoing support to the Assistant Production Manager towards the successful delivery of the scheduled maintenance project.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage and monitor performance of teams, reporting to the Project Schedule, Assistant Production Manager;
- Prepare and provide status and variance reports, estimates/budgets, and risk mitigation plans;
- Be the first point of contact for allocated Repair Agents (RA’s);
- Manage the inspection and testing activities by third parties;
- Ensure Problem Identification Report's have been raised and monitor response progress against task schedule for impact;
- Provide Project Scheduler with subcontractor schedule performance and reporting; and
- Ensure “Safety First” culture throughout NSM.

**About you**
- Maintenance supervisory experience within a Mining and Resources, Oil and Gas or Defence industry (or ability to demonstrate readiness to take this next step);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel;
- Knowledge of accounting and purchasing/ process/ systems (SAP or other similar systems);
- Certificate IV in Engineering, Trade background and or equivalent experience.
- Project Management qualifications or equivalent experience;
- Current Motor Vehicle Driver’s Licence;
- Must be an Australian Citizen & must either hold, or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance; and
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
