Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department as well as managing a team.

- Engage results in our team
- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Up-selling additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
