Dental Receptionist

We are an established Family oriented Dental Practice for 30+ years in East Geelong seeking a Full time or Part time Dental Receptionist to join our highly skilled and dedicated team.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, hold high ethical values and enjoys patient centred approach.
- Have a caring attitude towards your team and patients.
- Have a **minimum of 1-2 years** of dental reception experience.
- Be able to multi-task in a caring team environment.
- Have a warm friendly personality.
- Have good organisational skills, with a can-do approach.
- Be able to show initiative and work independently when required.

**Roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Be able to handling phone calls and manage appointment books.
- Process HICAPS claims and account management.
- Liaise with patients and practitioners.
- Do data entry and mailing tasks.
- Chair-side assisting/Sterilisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
