- **Taking orders**: Bartenders take orders from customers and waitstaff.
- **Serving drinks**: Bartenders serve drinks to customers at the bar or at their tables.
- **Providing recommendations**: Bartenders use their knowledge of drinks to recommend options to customers.
- **Ensuring compliance**: Bartenders ensure that customers are of legal drinking age and monitor their alcohol consumption. They also adhere to food safety guidelines.
- **Managing inventory**: Bartenders maintain bar inventory and order supplies.
- **Keeping the bar clean**: Bartenders keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and utensils.
- **Processing payments**: Bartenders use Point of Sale (POS) systems to process payments and handle cash transactions.
- **Training staff**: Bartenders may train new staff members.
- **Providing customer service**: Bartenders provide friendly and attentive service to customers. They may also entertain customers by providing conversation.
Pay: $23.23 - $41.92 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
