**The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
**Conference & Events Manager** to join the HUB24 Group Marketing team. Where the primarily focus is to plan, execute and manage all aspects of an important conference for the business. You will partner closely with key internal and external stakeholders including marketing, customer, sales, product and executive teams, suppliers, vendors, industry partners and keynote speakers.

The position is a
** Part-Time 4 days per week contract **and will conclude on
** Thursday 26th September 2024.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead the event end-to-end
- Coordinate venue logistics, catering, set up and pack down
- Lead regular internal working group meetings and confidently
- Present to Executive Teams where required
- Manage relationships, conduct pre and post-event briefings with key stakeholders
- Manage event budget, prepare briefs and negotiate with suppliers, invoicing.
- Preparation of marketing materials and campaigns
- Build the event website & registration platform
- Obtaining sponsorship and managing logistics
- Curation of event agenda & ticketing strategy
- Source keynote speakers and industry-leaders to present at the conference
- Complete PIR post conference

**Key requirements**:

- At least 5+ years experience in conference and event management
- Proven experience in delivering successful client events
- Project management skills and administrations of budgets
- Proven experience obtaining event sponsorship
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and also part of a collaborative team
- Proactive, organised and excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a hands on approach to getting the job done
