**The role**

Casual hours with various clients. Flexible week day time hours which can be during school hours if that is preferable. Flexible shift times and duration. Must be available on Saturday.

**Key responsibilities**
- Providing domestic cleaning services to NDIS participants in line with their personalised care plans.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise.
- Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.

**Skills and experience**
- National Police Check - obtained within the last 12 months
- Valid Western Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- At least 6 months’ previous work experience working in aged and/or disability care
- First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or the ability to attain one)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Passionate about supporting people to empower their lives and independence
- Be highly organised, flexible, and reliable
- Proactive approach and the ability to work independently and within our team
- Personable nature with excellent communication skills.

**Hourly rate**

$32 per hour, plus superannuation and travel reimbursement. $48 per hour on Saturday, $64 per hour on Sunday.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends
- Weekend availability
