As an Ethical Procurement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing our commitment to make a lasting, positive difference in our communities.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

This is a brand-new role at Origin, offering you the unique opportunity to shape and define what "good" looks like in the field of Ethical Procurement. You will have the chance to make a lasting impact by:

- Developing our Ethical Procurement reporting suite including Local, Regional & Indigenous procurement spend as well as modern slavery reporting.
- Improving quality of Ethical Procurement knowledge management ensuring both processes and data are current and relevant.
- Identifying and implementing better ways of working through collaboration across teams to prioritise and deliver opportunities across modern slavery, sanctions compliance and Local, Regional & Indigenous reporting.
- Perform assurance exercises following Ethical Procurement policies and directives to identify and action areas of improvement.
- Support delivery of Ethical Procurement business processes by providing information, guidance, and engagement with broader business teams and to support commercial negotiations with suppliers.

**About you**

You are passionate about driving change and making a positive impact. You will have a keen eye for detail, have data management skills, and a commitment to ethical sourcing and procurement practices, including:

- Experience of ethical and socially responsible procurement.
- Experience in managing data sets and conducting analysis to deliver accurate and insightful reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in management and development of reporting using systems such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of internal and external interfaces/stakeholders, with a demonstrated capacity to engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and a proven ability to work within time constraints.
