**Job Description** What your day will look like**:

- Managing a specialised caseload of clients, supporting them to return to work following a workplace injury or illness
- Working with people with complex psychological diagnoses and supporting them as they return to their usual activities and work.
- Undertaking a variety of injury prevention, management and RTW assessments and services, to support clients back to health and work
- Working with a variety of stakeholders - injured clients, employers, insurers, treating health practitioners - to facilitate a safe and sustainable return to work for your clients.
- Providing psychoeducation and training to clients and employers using our award-winning biopsychosocial health coaching tool, Positivum** and healthy mind training packages.
- Our Mental Health Social Workers may also be provided with the opportunity to provide clinical services through our _Access Psych_ brand, per below

With the potential for complimentary work with our Access Psych brand, you have the opportunity to be your best in a supportive team environment while avoiding the risk of burnout or clinical fatigue. This work involves all facets of psychology, counselling and therapy services, including:

- Early intervention programs
- Mediation and conflict resolution services
- Medicare treatment
- Participating in pilots and research to design and implement new ways of working with injury and illness
- Psychological assessments
- Workcover/CTP treatment intervention
- Workplace mental health training
- EAP treatment

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
- Full Professional Registration with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) or are an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers)

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
