**Remuneration/Benefit**:Attractive remuneration offered.
- Facilitate learning management system (LMS) inductions to employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Set up and maintenance of LMS files for existing, new and terminated employees.
- Provide administration support to Trainers and Operations Specialist in reference to training documentation.
- Process traineeship and apprenticeship government contracts and lodge with relevant departments
- Provide operations managers with scheduling support for externally provided training sessions as required.
- Report assessment evidence non-compliances and where appropriate assist in rectifying
- Record employee competency records using LMS as required.
- Assist in pre-audit (internal and external) preparations and participate audits as required.

**About you**:

- Experienced with Learning / competency management systems.
- Advanced with Microsoft 365 packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook
- Well developed oral and written communication skills, organisation and prioritising skills
- Meticulous attention for detail and process follows through.
- Adherence to confidentiality and right to privacy principles
- Ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions as necessary.
- Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to prioritise work activities, effectively manage time, be flexible and regularly adjust priorities as required.
