**The Position, but not limited to**:

- Assist with managing a very well maintained, mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial complexes
- Liaising with owners/tenants
- Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Conducting general and committee meetings as required
- Issuing meeting notices and preparing minutes

**The Criteria**:

- 2+ years experience in a Junior Strata role
- Valid drivers' license
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- Have excellent time management skills
