Internal Auditor

As we continue to grow and enhance our services, we are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare and present reports on audit findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with various departments to implement audit recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare regulations and standards.
- Identify areas of potential risk and propose corrective actions.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing, specifically in the medical field.- Immaculate written and in-person communication skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, with excellent documentation standards;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and build relationships;
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability; treat everyone as a Customer;
- Confident, capable, high-achieving, self-sufficient and career driven;
- Strategic thinker, able to think laterally to deliver effective solutions/recommendations;
- Excellent data analysis skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects; and
- Naturally inquisitive, and continuously strive towards quality.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality.
