**Company Overview**: Our client is a leading Australian retail Telco who have a newly created position for a Delivery Lead in the eCommerce and retail team. Their business is at the forefront of creating customer love through simple and fast purchases, aiming to be Australia's most loved everyday brand with lasting customer relationships.

**About the role**: This is a newly created position and as the Delivery Lead - Prioritisation, you will be responsible for ensuring a clear view of the new initiatives entering the tribes and squads. Your expertise in planning and prioritization will be crucial in optimizing the delivery of their digital product roadmap. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, Marketing, and EPMO, you will lead the way in effective initiative management. No two projects are alike, and your skills will play a vital role in addressing immediate issues and long-term requirements while balancing capacity and demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning and prioritization of initiatives across tribes and product domains.
- Handle all incoming requests, effectively communicating priorities and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Implement and optimize a seamless front-door process to streamline the flow of initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to align demand and capacity planning.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, ensuring optimal delivery against targets.
- Collaborate with Digital COE to create meaningful insights and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- A background in Enterprise and scale-up/mid-market experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholder requests.
- Ability to challenge existing practices and drive innovation.
- Track record of successful delivery within complex projects.

**Desired Skills**:

- Familiarity with PMI governance and transformation principles.
- Experience in using BI tools, such as Power BI, to visualize and analyze data.
- Capability to balance tactical and creative approaches to deliver results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence change within tribes and squads.
