A unique opportunity exists to join OrangeTheory Fitness as a professional sales associate. This position will be responsible for seamlessly running our Front of House member experience and membership sales. With a passion for providing outstanding customer service, it will also be your responsibility to exceed members' expectations. If the role is for you, you will be excited by the opportunity to engage with members of a tight-knit community and deliver an exceptional experience that has changed lives.

- Strong understanding of member engagement and operational excellence.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive, motivating, and practical communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Takes ownership of every role to obtain optimum results.
- Experience with KPIs and working toward sales targets.
- Flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
