**AHP-3**

Join the Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP) as a Senior Practitioner in the Way Back Support Service (TWBSS), a pivotal Beyond Blue initiative designed to provide essential aftercare to individuals following a suicide attempt or crisis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering non-clinical, assertive outreach and psychosocial support, ensuring that those at risk receive the comprehensive care they need to stay safe and thrive. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving access to high-quality aftercare, building individuals' capacity for self-management, and fostering connections with clinical and community-based services.

As a Senior Practitioner, you'll collaborate with a diverse network of government and non-government organisations, playing a crucial role in coordinating both clinical and non-clinical care. Your dedication will not only enhance the wellbeing of individuals but also strengthen their connections with supportive networks, including families, friends, and peers. **RN-3**

The Nurse Consultant (NC) provides clinical nursing expertise for specified individual consumers / groups and provides clinical leadership in the assigned team / unit. Clinical leadership includes providing direct mental health care, providing clinical leadership to nurses within the team / unit and coordination and leadership of allocated projects / standards which contribute clinical expertise to improve consumer care.
