**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and seating guests
- seat allocations knowledge to maximise cost to the venue
- Taking and delivering food and drink orders
- Providing menu recommendations
- Ensuring a clean and organised dining area
- Handling payments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year of experience as a waiter/waitress
- NSW RSA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Immediate availability
