**About the role**

The Colour Specialist is a key person in the development and maintenance of Dulux decorative colour brands.

The primary focus is to manage colour accuracy in the company and competitor brands. This includes colour formula development and maintenance for Decorative company brands as well as maintenance of competitor colour offerings and will provide assistance on the management of Decorative colour formulations for the trade and retail markets across Australia and New Zealand.

With responsibility for new colour offerings for colour walls, fandecks, Atlas’ and specialised colour projects across the range of brands under the Dulux Group banner

**Responsibilities**
- Colour matching
- New colour development
- Colour collateral approvals
- Corporate colour development
- Technical colour support to sales, marketing, Help and Advice
- Provide colour standards to suppliers
- View and approve colour submissions according to project requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers on the provision of electronic colour data requirements.

**What you will bring and develop**:

- Colour perception and matching ability.
- Understanding of colour systems and product ranges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Strong computer skills (C4C experience highly regarded)
- Science Degree or Diploma or relevant experience
