**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement customer-focused strategies for job classification, talent management support, redeployment case management, and operational workforce planning and reporting.
- Coordinate and administer streamlined recruitment, selection, and appointment processes in adherence to applicable legislation, instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Advise and support key stakeholders in enhancing the capability and accountability of recruitment and selection processes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, manuals, and forms.
- Assist in the implementation of Workforce Planning and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, engaging in multi-disciplinary projects, learning from others, and leveraging personal strengths to solve problems and achieve workforce strategic objectives.
- Cultivate productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, valuing diverse perspectives and treating people with respect and courtesy.
- Coordinate, develop, and deliver information and training programs related to operational workforce planning and classification processes.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to HR staff as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
